Who I am

Hi, I’m Elias. For the past seven years, photography has been my passion. I began taking photos during a difficult and stressful time in my life, and working with my camera quickly became a calming refuge.

I’m largely self-taught, guided by YouTube tutorials and online articles. Nature photography is where I feel most inspired, but I’m equally drawn to the distinctive charm of street photography.

I’m always eager to learn, grow, and explore new styles—constantly searching for fresh perspectives and creative challenges.

“It’s not about the final photo, but about the way it was taken…”

Why do I say this? Because photography is a process that means a great deal to me. I love working with the camera and light. Behind every finished picture, there’s a unique story and a lot of effort. The photo itself is the outcome, the reward.

Sometimes I’m not satisfied with the picture, but the process always gives me something in return. It allows me to escape the daily stress and find peace. For me, photography is more than just a hobby – it’s my retreat, my safe place. Photography represents creative freedom to me.

A photo only comes into being after you’ve travelled a street. This street is often filled with challenges and obstacles. But when you finally reach the destination and see that the image not only captivates you but also others, all the effort is worth it, and you’re eager to take that journey again.
